This website does not collect or store personal information directly. Email and telephone links let you choose what information to share. When you book an appointment, you leave this website and use our external booking portal, which has its own privacy policy and booking process.

How we use your data

If you email or call us, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation or treatment, and provide appropriate care. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you explicitly agree.

Cookies

We ask for consent before using non-essential cookies. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is set until you choose to allow it. Cookies are grouped into four categories:

• Strictly necessary — the first-party cookie dr_lou_cookie_consent remembers your choice for 12 months. It cannot be switched off.
• Analytics & performance — anonymous information about website visits. Off unless you opt in.
• Marketing & advertising — used to measure or target advertising. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
• Functional / personalisation — remembers preferences so parts of the website can be tailored to you. Off unless you opt in.

Third-party services

The website uses Google Fonts and links to Facebook and the Aesthetic Nurse Software booking portal. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Under UK data protection law and UK GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your data has been misused.
